SPATIAL PLANNING
Here at Lana Rose Interiors part of our full Interior Design Service is looking at the given space and seeing how it can be best utilised, creating that functional beautiful space you’re looking for, whilst maintaining a high quality finish. Often we love our homes, but as our lives move forward and our family dynamics change, so must the spaces around us in order to remain functional but also aesthetically pleasing.
The answer to this can quite often be within the footprint of the existing home without the need to extend. This has many benefits by not only saving on your budget but also time, materials and waste, thus making the project more sustainable and better for our environment.
Interior Designer Nicola can help by looking at your existing floor plan and see if there are ways in which to create space within space and giving you the lifestyle that you need to continue to be happy in your home.
We will endeavour to explore floorplan options depending on an agreed brief and proposal. Advice and Support will be provided if the professional services of an Architect or structural engineers are required.
INTERIOR DESIGN, PROJECT CO-ORDINATION & STYLING INSTALLATION
Lana Rose Interiors believe that good Interior Design should enhance, not dictate the way in which you live. Nicola works closely with every client to build up positive relationships, to ensure the clients ambitions are met. The client is at the core of each design. Project Co-Ordination from start to finish, ensures the clients experience remains positive. An element of the project which is of high importance to Lana Rose Interiors, as much as the creative process and delivering the Design Concepts themselves.
Transforming spaces through careful considered design, working along side trades to create bespoke handcrafted joinery, build work, lighting, soft furnishings, artwork and accessories to complete each space. All of the Design concepts are presented back to the client in the form of Digital Moodboards, 3D Visuals and samples.
PROCUREMENT
Our procurement service is designed with our clients in mind to save them time and to maximise their investment and experience with Lana Rose Interiors. Included with every Interior Design project is a carefully selected collection of FF&E, decoration, colour consultancy and finishing touches. Nicola is compassionate about our environment, and being more sustainable within our Interiors is very important. Therefore, seeking those products that not only enhance the design, but create a more mindful environmentally space to live in.
FINAL STYING INSTALLATION AND HAND OVER
The most exciting part of the project is when you can see the finish line and see all the hard work and ideas really come together. The final styling is what unifies the whole project, it is again a really important stage to the project.
This stage allows for the careful placement of each piece, ensuring accessories, art, and furnishings are thoughtfully selected and arranged to elevate the atmosphere and reflect your personal taste. At this point, the smallest details—such as the choice of soft furnishings, the way light interacts with surfaces, and the subtle interplay of colours and textures—make a significant impact, transforming the house into a harmonious, welcoming home. With everything in its place, the final handover is not just about completing the practical tasks but about leaving you with a space that feels uniquely yours, ready to be enjoyed for years to come.

ALL PROJECTS START WITH A CONSULTATION
DESIGN CONSULTATION
Prior to any consultation information is gathered usually via email or can be done via a phone call as to what it is you’re looking to achieve and how I can help you. More detail into how Lana Rose Interiors work is explained at this point also. A Design Consultation is arranged at this point which will take place at your home and usually lasts between 1-1.5 hrs depending on the size of the space.
At the consultation we can discuss further what you’re hoping from the space and I will just go through a serious of Q&A to get to know you and the rooms you wish to redesign better. I will take photos and any necessary measurement at this point too, although for larger projects a Measurement Survey will be booked in once the Design Proposal has been agreed.
