Hi, I’m Nicola.

If you’ve landed on this page, chances are you’re looking to change something about the way you live. Maybe a room just isn’t working for your family, or you’re staring at a renovation project and feeling a little overwhelmed by all the choices.

I’ve always had a huge belief that our homes have a massive impact on how we feel, our health, and our overall happiness. To me, interior design isn’t about creating a perfect, hands-off showroom that you’re afraid to sit down in. It’s a bit of a recipe—blending creative ideas and natural intuition with real, practical problem-solving. I love creating what I call “elevated everyday” spaces. Homes that feel beautiful, calm, and full of soul, but are completely ready for real, authentic family life.

A lot of people ask how I got into this. My background actually started in property renovation, which means I spent years on property development working alongside trades. Because of that, I’m quite a hands-on, practical designer. Whether a client invites me in when the architectural drawings are being sketched, or steps in later when the plaster is dry, I’m just as comfortable talking to builders about layouts as I am sourcing beautiful fabrics.

And on the practical side of things—my original background and qualifications are actually in business administration. It might not sound like the most glamorous skill for an interior designer, but I can’t tell you how invaluable it’s been! It means that while I love the creative side, I’m also highly organised and love a good system. When it comes to managing budgets, timelines, and ordering furniture, everything is handled with consideration and care, which takes a lot of the usual renovation stress off your shoulders.

When I’m not playing around with room layouts, you’ll usually find me getting stuck into the tactile side of design—sourcing original, pre-loved artwork, playing with handmade textiles, or hunting down custom lighting.

At the end of the day, I’m an easy-going, friendly person who just loves helping people fall in love with their homes again. I want the whole design journey to feel collaborative, relaxed, and genuinely fun for you.
