We then present a fully resolved design concept, including scaled spatial floor plans, curated material palettes, and 3D space visualizations.
2. Fine Details & Specification
Once the concept is approved, we specify the interior details that elevate a house into a home. This includes bespoke soft furnishings, custom window treatments, heritage color consulting, and architectural lighting plans. We conduct a full audit of your cherished existing pieces and blend them seamlessly with newly sourced, original artwork and artisan furnishings.
3. Procurement & Site Coordination

While the creative vision is led by Nicola our Creative Directer, we lean on a trusted, virtual network of design assistants, trade specialists, and project coordinators. We manage the massive administrative weight of the build: raising trade invoices, managing complex procurement schedules, tracking deliveries, and collaborating directly with your architect and builder on-site to ensure your design is executed flawlessly.
4. The Final Reveal & Handover
The most magical stage of the project. Once the trades have departed, we step in to completely style the space. We thoughtfully place every piece of art, layer bespoke textiles, and curate the finishing touches so the textures and lighting interact perfectly. We hand over a harmonious, deeply personal sanctuary that is fully completed and ready to be lived in.
